Jennifer Sheley
CFO

Jennifer Sheley joined TenHats in 2020 as Financial Controller. In this role, she oversaw the company’s operational accounting functions, fiscal management, and financial statement reporting. In 2023, she was named Chief Financial Officer. She is passionate about driving the business forward through sound financial processes that contribute to TenHats’ overall goals and position the company for long-term financial health.

Prior to joining the TenHats team, Jennifer was in public accounting specializing in tax planning and compliance. She attended the University of Tennessee where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Taxation. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and attending live music concerts. She and her husband, Ryan, are both Knoxville natives and avid Vols fans. They love spending time outdoors with their two daughters.
