Jay Norris is TenHats’ Service Delivery Manager, who works with all TenHats Technical Operations staff to build long lasting customer partnerships by ensuring services are delivered at the highest level. Jay is passionate about aligning technology with business outcomes and helping customers succeed and thrive.
Jay has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry with over 15 years being focused specifically on managed services through various roles from systems administration to project management and strategic advising.
Jay spent 4 years in the United States Air Force specializing in Radio and Radar systems that provided pilot training in electronic warfare. He also holds an associate degree in Networking and Communications systems.
In Jay’s free time, he loves spending time with family and being outdoors doing activities such as snowboarding, trail running, and mountain biking. He volunteers with the Appalachian Mountain Bike Club to routinely perform maintenance and upgrades on the Knoxville trail systems.
