Drew Palmore is a Strategic Technology Advisor at TenHats. In this role, he works with clients to optimize IT infrastructure for their specific needs at all points of the relationship. At his core, Drew believes that customer care is at the heart of what TenHats does.

Drew has been with TenHats since its beginning. He has worn more than ten hats with roles including customer support, operations leadership, account management, data center direction, systems administration, and compliance certification.

Drew is an Uptime Institute certified Operations Specialist and has earned a certification in Microsoft Windows Server Installation and Configuration. Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking from ITT Tech. He enjoys trail running in his free time.
