Drew Palmore is the Service Operations Manager at TenHats, where he leads the customer support team to deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality IT service experiences. He works closely with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure that every client interaction reflects TenHats’ commitment to operational excellence. At his core, Drew believes that customer care is at the heart of what TenHats does.
Drew has been with TenHats since its beginning. He has worn more than ten hats with roles including customer support, operations leadership, account management, data center direction, systems administration, and compliance certification.
Drew is an Uptime Institute certified Operations Specialist and has earned a certification in Microsoft Windows Server Installation and Configuration. Drew holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking from ITT Tech. He enjoys trail running in his free time.
