TenHats is proud to announce the promotion of John Weller to Director of Technology. This role is dedicated to strengthening our internal operations and enhancing the customer experience through smarter, more strategic technology management.
As Director of Technology, John will oversee the frameworks, policies, and systems that support TenHats’ rapid growth. His focus will be on developing scalable operations that support long-term stability and enable TenHats to continue expanding while maintaining exceptional service quality.
“We’ve grown quite a bit in a relatively short timeframe,” John says. “My role is to ensure we have the frameworks, policies, and procedures in place that support efficient internal operations and help us scale with our customers.”
John is passionate about improving visibility, control, and collaboration for our clients and is already championing several customer-focused initiatives to help the organizations we work with make more confident, strategic technology investments that align with their long-term goals.
After several years as a Strategic Technology Advisor at TenHats, John has developed strong relationships across the team. That experience fuels his drive to remove internal pain points, introduce better workflows, and support both personal and professional success within the company.
As Director of Technology, John’s focus is on improving the customer experience and making TenHats a stronger IT partner for our clients. He says, “My goal is to give our customers more control and visibility of their services to make sure we feel like a partner to their business and not just an IT vendor.”
