Jennifer has served TenHats since 2020 in the role of Financial Controller. Under her leadership, TenHats improved accounting processes, reporting, and fiscal management to better position our organization for long-term financial health while maximizing our investment into the systems and equipment that deliver superior results for our clients.
Looking ahead, Jennifer sees great opportunities to help local businesses adapt to the ever-evolving IT landscape. Knoxville is one of the fastest-growing mid-sized cities in America and is home to a burgeoning tech sector. But in an increasingly digital world, all companies are tech companies in one way or another. 54% of area companies plan to hire outside vendors or consultants for IT functions in 2024, according to the annual TenHats Business and Technology Report.
